2021 Spring Gotta RunFIT Season
Welcome to our 2021 Spring Gotta RunFIT SeasonThis is a 14-week, 3-days per week, physical conditioning program, to make you an over-all better runner. A training calendar will be provided and workout reminders via the SPOND App. We will have coach led sessions on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The program will start on February 23, 2021.
Workouts will include Strength, CORE Training, Conditioning and long distance running. Our goal race is TBD.
Group sessions will be about 1 hour on Tuesdays (5:00 am or 6:00 pm) and Thursday (5:00 am only). Saturdays, group sessions start at 6:00 am and will be about two hours in length. Locations for each workout are TBD, more details will be provided upon registration in the SPOND app.
Registration Fees:
New Members. - $160
Returning Member - $140
Founding Members - $120
